Firstly, facilitating women access to decent work by eliminating discrimination in hiring, ensuring equal and decent wages, and security.

Secondly, it must recognize, reduce, redistribute, and remunerate women's unpaid work. The government must collect Sex disaggregated household-level data with suitable parameters.
